Inventory Control & Logistics CoordinatorPROMAN Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control & Logistics Coordinator to support inventory accuracy, purchasing activities, production planning, and warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong ERP experience, inventory management knowledge, and forklift skills.Inventory ControlMaintain accurate raw material, packaging, and finished goods inventory.Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits.Research, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies.Ensure materials are properly labeled and stored in designated warehouse locations.Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, and excess inventory.Maintain lot and batch traceability requirements.Ensure all material movements are accurately recorded in the ERP system.Purchasing & ReplenishmentMonitor inventory levels and identify replenishment needs.Maintain inventory min/max levels and reorder points.Generate purchase requests and approved routine orders.Track incoming materials and identify potential shortages.Communicate delays, shortages, or unusual inventory usage before impacting production.Production SupportPartner closely with Production Leadership to plan material requirements.Verify raw materials and packaging are available for scheduled production runs.Communicate inventory concerns that could affect production schedules.Track and account for material usage, returns, transfers, and inventory adjustments.Warehouse & ShippingOperate a forklift to load and unload trucks safely.Receive incoming materials and place them in correct warehouse locations.Stage finished goods for shipment.Label pallets and products accurately.Palletize, stretch-wrap, band, and secure shipments.Verify quantities and product identification prior to shipment.Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse.Coordinate shipment readiness with the office team.QualificationsStrong ERP system knowledge and daily system utilization experience required.Experience with inventory control, warehouse operations, and shipping/receiving.Forklift experience required.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ready to take ownership of inventory accuracy and warehouse operations?
