Corporate Recruiter

Akkodis is seeking a Corporate Recruiter for a contract position with a client located in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate must have 4+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience to be considered for this position. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and building strong relationships with stakeholders while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The Corporate Recruiter - HR will also develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent and support business hiring goals.

Pay Range: $30/hr - $45/hr

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Manage full lifecycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, assessment, presentation, debriefing, and offer negotiation while ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing a consultative approach and representing company values
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies using a variety of sourcing methods to attract diverse candidates
• Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and role fit
• Ensure timely communication and engagement with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process
• Maintain accurate applicant records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring compliance, data privacy, and confidentiality
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics and performance indicators to enhance stakeholder experience

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
• 4+ years of full lifecycle Talent Acquisition experience required
• Experience recruiting for corporate functions such as accounting, finance, supply chain, HR, legal, HSE&S, or commercial roles strongly preferred
• Experience with Workday ATS system preferred
