Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Print & Office Services Associate to support daily print production, bindery, finishing, and office services operations within a professional healthcare environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience with print production, copy services, bindery, or document finishing and be comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain copy, print, scanning, and finishing equipment.
• Perform bindery and finishing tasks including folding, stapling, cutting, collating, and document assembly.
• Process and complete print requests accurately and within deadlines.
• Troubleshoot minor printer and copier issues and coordinate service repairs when needed.
• Maintain organized production and supply areas.
• Support general office services and administrative tasks as assigned.
• Assist with shipping, mail, and document distribution functions when needed.
• Walk between buildings to complete service requests and deliveries.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and professionalism when assisting employees and departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior copy center, print production, bindery, or office services experience preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Technical aptitude with printers, copiers, postage machines, and office equipment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
