Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.75 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM Sun03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and emergency response activities within a retail location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details through appropriate communication channels. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, storefront corridors, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior. Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas for security-related concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity, and document observations in a timely manner. Support retail operations by assisting with crowd management, directional guidance, and/or de-escalation during busy periods, special events, and other customer-facing situations. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. CPR certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
