Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $21.85 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Fri: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sun: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and/or emergency response support appropriate to the location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help deter unauthorized access, support visitor and staff directions, and report security-related concerns. Assist with healthcare location protocols by observing patient and visitor traffic, supporting orderly operations, and reporting hazards, maintenance issues, and/or policy concerns to the appropriate personnel. Minimum Requirements At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
