Key Responsibilities

As a Service Electrician, you’ll play a vital role in not only performing electrical repairs, installations, and maintenance but also in helping customers elevate their lifestyle. You’ll identify and recommend products and solutions that add convenience, safety, and value to their homes and businesses. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with a customer-focused approach, empowering you to make a lasting impact by connecting clients with innovations that truly enhance their day-to-day lives. 

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential service.
• Expertise in Residential Electrical Systems: Strong knowledge of installation, maintenance, and repair, with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.
• Sales & Communication Skills: A talent for identifying additional service needs and explaining solutions clearly and persuasively to customers; experience with upselling and cross-selling is a plus.
• Detail-Oriented: Ability to execute tasks with precision and thoroughness, reflecting our “ Details Matter ” core value.
• Results-Driven: Motivated by goals and targets, with a strong drive to exceed expectations, aligning with the “ Driven to Win ” value.
• Problem Solver with a ‘Whatever It Takes’ Mentality: Proactive approach to challenges with a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and job success.
• Valid Driver’s License
