The Oncology Clinic RN provides compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to oncology and hematology patients in an outpatient clinic setting. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care coordination, symptom management, patient education, treatment planning support, triage, and collaboration with physicians and the multidisciplinary care team to ensure safe, high-quality care throughout the patient's cancer journey.
