Warehouse Customer Service Rep

Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and supply chain industry, is seeking a Customer Service Logistics Coordinator to join their team. As a Customer Service Logistics Coordinator , you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the logistics and operations team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Logistics Coordinator

Location: Carson, CA

Pay Range: $21.00 P/H

Shift: Monday to Friday 7am-3:30pm

What's the Job?

• Provide support to customer accounts by addressing their needs and requests promptly and professionally.

• Coordinate the logistical processing of customer orders, working closely with vendors, warehouse, and shipping teams.

• Prepare shipping documents such as labels, compliance labels, and Bills of Lading (BOLs).

• Maintain accurate customer records by updating account information regularly.

• Resolve product or service issues by identifying the cause, explaining solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.

What's Needed?

• Ability to use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, and web-based applications.

• Accurate typing and data entry skills, with the ability to generate routine reports.

• Strong communication skills, including professional phone and email manners.

• High school diploma or GED; prior experience in customer service, warehousing, shipping, or receiving is a plus.
