Bilingual Human Resources GeneralistWe're hiring an organized, detail-oriented Bilingual Human Resources Generalist to support daily HR operations with a strong focus on payroll, timekeeping, employee records, and employee support. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys accuracy-driven work, helping employees, and keeping HR processes running smoothly.What you'll do:Assist with weekly payroll processing; review hours, timecards, overtime, attendanceIdentify and resolve timekeeping/payroll discrepanciesCommunicate with staffing agencies regarding hours, attendance, and payroll itemsMaintain accurate employee records and personnel filesSupport onboarding, HR documentation, and basic compliance tasksRespond to employee questions and assist with employee relations supportAssist with disciplinary documentation and policy enforcement supportPrepare HR reports/spreadsheets and administrative documentsMaintain confidentiality of employee and payroll informationProvide general administrative support to the HR teamWhat we're looking for:2+ years in HR, Payroll, Office Administration, or Customer Service (preferred)Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)High attention to detail, strong organization, and communication skillsAbility to multitask and meet deadlinesBilingual English/Spanish is a plusExperience working with staffing agencies is a plusMFT#3
