Marketing Automation Analyst

A company is looking for a Marketing Automation Analyst to support email marketing initiatives and optimize performance using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Key Responsibilities Independently create and deploy medium to high-complexity email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Monitor, report on, and analyze email performance for low to medium complexity accounts Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of email marketing with broader marketing strategies Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 2-4 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, preferably in an agency setting Strong knowledge and proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Experience with HTML/CSS for email formatting and coding Familiarity with marketing automation best practices and compliance, such as CAN-SPAM
