Responsibilities for the bookkeeper:
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks (LLCs)
- Payroll processing, accounts receivable, and Accounts Payable
- Ensure that accounting, budget, and audit controls and systems are in compliance with State, Federal and local rules and regulations
- Accounts payable are paid in a timely manner
- All reasonable discounts are taken on accounts payable
- Title 1 Reimbursements
- Record keeping and/or filing of bills/invoices
Keeps books and accounting records of financial transactions for establishment, operating company and several LLCs
Reconciles and balances accounts, financial reporting, light budgeting and forecasting
Communicates with management, department heads, vendors, and clients
\nCompany DescriptionPart-time job at least 2 or 3 days in a week.
