Accounts Receivable/Member Billing Associate

Job Description
Quail Valley Golf Club, River Club & The Pointe is seeking an Accounts Receivable / Member Billing Associate to join our team. This is a full-time, year-round position reporting directly to the Controller. The role focuses on receipt posting, daily auditing, financial reporting for member accounts, and delivering high-quality customer service regarding billing inquiries.
Financial Processing

- Audit daily department work \n
- Enter billing adjustments \n
- Record member payments \n
- Prepare daily bank deposits \n
Billing & Statements
\n- \n
- Verify member dues, privilege billings, and installment plans \n
- Process and distribute monthly statements via mail and email \n
Member & Team Relations
\n- \n
- Resolve member billing questions courteously \n
- Collaborate with department managers and the Controller on member account research and past-due notices
Experience
\n- \n
- Minimum of 1 year of accounting/finance experience is required \n
- Experience in the private club industry is highly preferred \n
Software Skills
\n- \n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required \n
- Prior experience with Jonas Club Management software is highly preferred \n
