Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health challenges, identify strengths, and determine the necessary resources for their care.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to meet each client's specific needs.

• Employ therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to facilitate healing and promote personal growth.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review personalized treatment plans, establishing clear objectives and approaches for each client.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care for clients, facilitating seamless communication and support.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and comprehensive safety planning when necessary, prioritizing client welfare above all.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client progress and therapy sessions, adhering to both ethical guidelines and legal standards.

• Lead dynamic group therapy sessions, including psychoeducational classes and supportive group meetings, enhancing the therapeutic experience for clients.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, with additional performance-based bonuses.
