Accounting Clerk:

Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $20-25/hr., Depending on Experience

Location: Denver, CO 80207

Experience: 6+ Months Required

Accounting Clerk Responsibilities:

Process accounts payable.
Initiate check run process.
Match invoices to purchase orders.
Provide financial, administrative, and clerical services.
Process and monitor payments.
Prepare and monitor the AR system.
Perform reconciliations and provide resolution on accounts with disputed balances.
Set up new accounts.

Accounting Clerk Requirements

Computer Skills, including the ability to operate computerized accounting programs, MS Office Products, & Email.
Work in a team environment.
Must be able to communicate fluently in English, both verbal and written.
