Why You Should Apply Earn $30 to $40 per hour depending on experience Immediate opening with a team ready to move quickly Hands on exposure to both NetSuite and QuickBooks Opportunity to take real ownership rather than simply process transactions Join a collaborative accounting team where strong performers are noticed Excellent opportunity to expand your systems and full cycle AR experience What You’ll Be Doing As Accounts Receivable Specialist Own day to day accounts receivable activity and maintain accurate customer accounts Apply and reconcile incoming payments across multiple payment methods Generate invoices and ensure accurate, timely customer billing Monitor aging and proactively follow up on outstanding receivables Research discrepancies, unapplied cash, short payments, and account issues Perform account reconciliations and support month end close Partner with customers and internal teams to resolve billing and payment questions Maintain clean and accurate AR data across NetSuite and QuickBooks Identify opportunities to improve collections, reporting, and AR processes What You Bring As Accounts Receivable Specialist At least two years of accounts receivable, billing, cash application, or related accounting experience Hands on NetSuite experience required Hands on QuickBooks experience required Strong understanding of the complete accounts receivable cycle Experience with reconciliations, aging reports, collections, and cash application Strong Excel skills and comfort working with financial data Excellent attention to detail and ability to catch discrepancies quickly Confident communication skills with both customers and internal stakeholders Reliable, organized, and ready to hit the ground running What You Need To Know Compensation: $30 to $40 per hour Schedule: Fully onsite, Monday through Friday #J-18808-Ljbffr
