Accounts Receivable Specialist

Please note that this job will start 100% onsite in Greenwood Village, CO for at least 6 months. After that initial training period, you will be able to work hybrid.

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading company to fill their open Accounts Receivable Specialist job in Greenwood Village, CO. To qualify, you must have at least 2 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role.

This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $24.00 and $28.00 per hour. You will also be eligible for this company's competitive benefits package (details below).

Responsibilities:
-Managing customer accounts
-Following up with customers on upcoming and past due payments over phone and e-mail
-Processing and applying customer payments
-Preparing statements
-Reconciling accounts
-Researching and resolving billing and payment discrepancies
-Analyzing aging reports
-Assisting with improving workflows
-All other related tasks as required

Qualifications:
-At least 2 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
-Excellent attention to detail
-Excellent customer service skills
-Excellent analytical skills
-Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.) preferred
-Associate's degree or higher in Accounting or a related field preferred

Compensation:
-Hourly rate between $24.00 and $28.00
