OEEO leads significant policy and training initiatives, including those related to pregnancy and lactation accommodations, facial hair and beards, religious head coverings, and transgender inclusion guidelines, ensuring the Department remains responsive to and supportive of the diverse needs of its members. The Office of Equal Employment Opportunity (OEEO) seeks a detail-oriented and qualified candidate for the role of Proofreader. The duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: - Review and proofread printed and electronic communications to identify and correct errors in spelling, grammar, punctuation, tone, formatting, and presentation - Ensure all content complies with formatting requirements and organizational standards - Annotate, track, and document edits using tools such as Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Word - Collaborate with team members to support document review processes through internal systems and platforms

Additional information: Proof of graduation from an accredited law school must be shown prior to hire.
