Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual counseling sessions via secure video chat, helping clients enhance their mental health and emotional well-being.

• Encourage clients to explore and express their emotions and experiences, facilitating their journey toward self-discovery and improved relationships.

• Act as a trusted advocate for clients, assisting them in setting and achieving personal goals pertinent to their mental health.

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' mental conditions, create tailored treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions rooted in your clinical expertise.

• Document client progress and treatment modifications with minimal paperwork, allowing for more therapeutic time.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable adults who are actively seeking therapeutic support for a variety of low-acuity mental health issues. Our clients have been carefully screened to ensure a conducive therapeutic environment where meaningful progress can be made. This focus allows therapists to build effective therapeutic alliances and foster lasting changes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Current LMFT licensure issued by a state board; unfortunately, limited or provisional licenses cannot be considered.

• Ability to make professional evaluations for treatment planning and implementation.
\n
• Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills, showcasing a sympathetic and patient-centered approach.

• Proficiency in using technology for counseling, including video conferencing tools and an interest in learning new software.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or counseling setting is preferred, with a proven track record of successful client engagement and therapeutic outcomes.
