Land Development Engineer — Shape Communities (Sign-On Bonus)

Rinker Design Associates, LLC (RDA) seeks a motivated Land Development Engineer in Glen Allen, VA to contribute to site-civil design for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. The role emphasizes grading, stormwater management, utilities, and erosion control within Virginia codes and standards.
