What You ll Do:

• Provide neonatal critical care in Level III-IV NICUs affiliated with high-risk delivery services and growing Nurseries
• Collaborate closely with Neonatologists to provide coverage during evening shifts
• Participate in in-person emergency and daily rounds at Level II units
• Share responsibilities for delivery attendance in partnership with Neonatologists
• Manage all aspects of patient care for infants in the NICU
• Support unit operations with flexible scheduling (12- or 24-hour shifts)
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and provide expert neonatal care

What You Need:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license with Neonatal NP certification (must be Board Certified)
• Minimum of 2 years of Neonatal NP experience (preferred)
• Strong collaborative skills and neonatal care expertise
• Ability to work a flexible, shift-based schedule
• Clear communication and teamwork skills
