We also believe that creating transformational work requires initiative, an entrepreneurial spirit and a bold commitment to achieving measurable results and business success for the Clients we service.Saatchi & Saatchi currently maintains a hybrid work policy to work in-office four days per week and remotely one day each week.ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary contact with Media partners, Creative Group, and Account PlanningManage overall budgets for sponsorships, activations, and creative production for assigned regions and marketsContinually analyze marketing efforts for optimization and alignment with Client's objectivesOversee key partner relationships; evaluate and manage sponsorship renewalsLead integrated advertising campaigns, with oversight of Client approvals and creative briefs, kick-offs, budgets and timelinesDevelop monthly advertising strategies and oversee implementation/trafficking of creative campaignsCommunicate advertising financials with the Client and provide ongoing recommendations for maintaining healthy financial positionsManage Client meeting cadence and planning and present during in-person and video conference meetingsAct as a trusted advisor to Clients through relationship, expertise and accountabilityMaintain a deep understanding of the Client's industry, business, and overall objectivesManage and train Account Executive while supervising the overall workflow carried out by junior account managementAs the primary Client contact, the Account Supervisor will be required to develop positive relationships with Clients through diligent Client service which may include travel for in-person meetingsOther account management tasks as assigned, in support of Management Supervisor and Management DirectorOther duties as assignedQualificationsExperience & Training: 5+ years agency or Client account service experienceThorough understanding of advertising strategies, sponsorships/partnerships, and the social, digital, OTT/CTV and broadcast media landscapePrior experience in the automotive category, sponsorships or retail advertising is a plus, but not requiredHigh degree of professionalism: Strong focus on accuracy, attention-to-detail, and timelinessAnalytic & Strategic Skills: Ability to analyze facts and arrive at sound conclusionsGood understanding, use, and interpretation of numerical dataAbility to develop focused, insightful strategies and to effectively/efficiently execute tactical plansCommunication: Excellent oral/written communication skillsExceptional meeting preparation and Client-presentation skillsAdept ability to provide timely status reporting to Management DirectorExceptional Organizational & Time-Management Skills: Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyMaintain productivity while working at an expedient paceEmbrace and enforce workflow process with internal partnersGreat Attitude: Assume a high level of enthusiasm and be able to respond well under pressureApproach daily tasks with a "nothing's impossible" attitudeBring new ideas to projects and tasks to deliver excellenceBe a "team player" embracing the culture of the officeSupervision: Foster a positive, productive, and efficient working environmentListen well and appropriately train Account ExecutiveEncourage autonomy while providing appropriate guidance and oversight for delegated tasksSelf-Starter: Be a quick learner that anticipates challenges and opportunitiesAssess situations to determine the importance, urgency and risksComputer Aptitude: Thorough knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft OfficeExperience with Salesforce and various Apple, Adobe software is a plusBe committed to integrating AI into daily work, including using it to automate routine administrative tasks, improve communication quality, and support the development of ideas and solutionsAdditional InformationOur Publicis Groupe motto "Viva La Différence" means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
