Our client is seeking a Client Services Associate to support multiple client locations throughout Dallas and Collin County . This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys variety in their workday and is comfortable traveling between sites to provide administrative and customer service support. Responsibilities may include greeting visitors, answering phones, assisting with scheduling, handling data entry, maintaining records, and providing excellent service to clients and team members. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering a high level of professionalism. This is a floating position that requires reliable transportation and flexibility to work at various locations as needed.
Requirements :
- Must have 2+ years of Customer Service experience
- Must have 2+ years of Office experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be comfortable commuting to multiple locations in Dallas and Collin County
- Must have valid drivers license
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:45 AM-5:00 PM
