• Assist in specimen collection processes and meticulously prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Create thorough documentation of all procedures, mentor new staff or students, and contribute to maintaining lab quality standards.
• Uphold a tidy, safe working atmosphere, complying strictly with regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent allied health credentials alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications Needed

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be attained within one year of your start date.
• Ongoing maintenance of current certification throughout your employment period.
