Description - What You Will Do

• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for detailed testing when necessary.
• Diligently document all procedures and protocols, providing training to new staff or students while upholding strict lab quality standards.
• Operate in a clean, safe environment by complying with all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a comparable allied health degree, complemented by preparedness for ASCP or AMT certification.

Certifications

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hire.
• Maintain current certification throughout your employment.
