Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department setting
• Float between the Emergency Department and acute care units as needed
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department experience
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience floating between ED and acute care settings
• Ability to adapt quickly in high-acuity, fast-paced environments
