Computer Systems AnalystWe are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Computer Systems Analyst to support business and operational systems within a dynamic Vegetation Management utility services environment. This role focuses on data processing, system monitoring, reporting, workflow support, and process documentation.The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining system accuracy, improving operational efficiency, and supporting ongoing technology and data initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and process system-generated requests and records to ensure timely and accurate completionExtract, compile, and maintain recurring operational data and reports for internal useExecute and validate automated scripts and system processes; identify and escalate issues as neededSupport automated workflows, including system alerts and notifications tied to operational eventsAssist with data preparation and validation for mapping, reporting, and system applicationsOrganize and structure large datasets for use in business and technical environmentsContribute to process improvement efforts by identifying repetitive tasks and workflow inefficienciesDevelop and maintain clear documentation of procedures, workflows, and standard operating practicesSupport team knowledge management efforts to improve onboarding, training, and workload distributionRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree (or in progress) in Computer Science, Information Systems, GIS, Data Analytics, or a related fieldBasic understanding of data management, systems, and business processesProficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar data toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesPreferred QualificationsExposure to databases, scripting, or automation tools (e.g., SQL, Python, PowerShell)Familiarity with mapping or geospatial data concepts (GIS experience a plus)Experience with process documentation or workflow standardizationUnderstanding of system integrations, reporting tools, or enterprise applicationsKey SkillsData analysis and reportingProcess improvement and documentationSystem monitoring and troubleshootingOrganization and time managementEffective written and verbal communicationWhat You Will GainHands-on experience with real-world systems and operational dataExposure to automation, reporting, and process optimizationOpportunity to contribute to system improvements and business efficiency
