Salesforce Business Systems AnalystThis is an onsite position located at our client site in either Dallas, TX, Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, or Birmingham, AL. As a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will ensure that the technical implementation aligns with strategic objectives and delivers measurable value. You will specialize in translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications, enabling development teams to build solutions that are efficient, scalable, and future ready.Duties and Responsibilities:Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirementsCollaborate with product owners, architects, developers, and operations teams to translate business needs into solution ready requirementsDevelop process flows, use cases, data mappings, and API/interface specificationsDevelop SQL queries to analyze data that can be used to highlight issues and seek solutionsDevelop data mapping, interface specifications, and integration requirements for cross platform solutionsParticipate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user story definitionAct as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure alignment and clarityIdentify and understand customer expectations, study existing business processes, program, and legacy systemPrioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirementsPerform user acceptance testingPerform a functional analysis of existing systems/applications and document findingsBalance attention to detail while keeping the big picture in mindPartner with engineering teams to ensure accurate interpretation of requirements and alignment on technical designRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field8 years experience at systems analysis5 years experience working in the Agile framework5 years experience with REST API (Web services) and Microservices3 years experience with the Salesforce platform3 years experience at business process modelingDemonstrated leadership, problem solving and resolution skillsSelf motivation and strong time management and organizational skillsAbility to tackle challenging work situations and to resolve conflicts in a positive mannerStrong communications (verbal and written) skills and solid technical writing experienceStrong attention to detail to spot discrepancies in transactions or customer informationOther Information:CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $62,900.00 - $139,300.00.
