Pay Rate: $40.00 to $45.00 per hr.


Our client needs a Business Systems Analyst to conducts business process analysis, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analysis in an effort to align information technology solutions with business initiatives. This position may function as liaison between the line of business and the Information Technology (IT) department.


Primary Responsibilities

• Formulate and define specifications for operating software applications.
• Program, modify, and maintain complex existing applications using engineering releases and program utilities.
• nalyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems.
• Design computer programs, systems, and related procedures to process data.
• Prepare charts and diagrams to assist with problem analysis.
• Develop and submit recommendations for system and process solutions.
• Prepare program specifications, diagrams, and coding logic flowcharts.
• Encode, test, debug, and install operating programs and procedures.
• Coordinate program implementation with computer operations and user departments.
• Review project progress and evaluate results.
• Identify and report inconsistencies to management.
• Recommend problem resolutions and business process improvements.
• Participate in an on-call support rotation, including after-hours and weekend support, as required by certain business groups.
