Start Date: 10/20/2026
Schedule: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)

• License: NY RN License in Hand – Required

• Shift: 3x12 Nights, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM

• Weekend: Every other weekend

• Local Rule: No locals; must live >75 miles

• First-Time Traveler: Accepted

• EMR: EPIC required

• Unit: 16-bed MICU

• Ratio: 1:2, occasional 1:1 based on acuity

• Patient Population: Sepsis, ARDS, renal/heart failure, alcohol withdrawal, overdose, multi-organ failure, respiratory failure/shock, post-cardiac arrest/TTM

• Critical Care: CRRT, EKOS, IABP, ECMO, Impella, pre-VAD workups
