You'll greet prospects, showcase apartment homes, and guide qualified renters through the leasing process — all while making current and future residents feel genuinely welcome. This role is equal parts sales, customer service, and administration. What You'll Own Leasing & Marketing Greet and qualify prospective residents; present community features and available units professionally Answer incoming calls and handle inquiries from prospects, residents, and service requests Maintain awareness of local market trends and contribute ideas for improving occupancy and resident satisfaction Inspect model units and market-ready vacancies daily for cleanliness and presentation Conduct comparative marketing surveys per company policy Keep the leasing office and common areas professional and welcoming at all times Administrative & Follow‑Up Complete all lease applications, addenda, and paperwork accurately Enter guest card information in Yardi; send thank‑you notes and follow up with prospects Accept rent payments and deposits in accordance with company standards Assist with daily and weekly reports, resident communications, move‑out inventory, and market surveys Organize and maintain leasing files and office supplies Physically inspect the property while on grounds; pick up litter and report service needs Attend meetings and participate in training as requested What You Bring Strong leasing, sales, and closing skills Ability to type 30+ WPM Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; Yardi or similar software experience a plus Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment Must be available to work weekends High school diploma or equivalent preferred; NALP certification a plus Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Monthly commissions — $125 per new lease and renewal for all active employees Health, dental, vision, pet, life, disability, and 401(k) 18 PTO days per year (increases with tenure) + your birthday off Paid holidays Leadership and skills training Holiday savings program and company events A real path to grow — we promote from within CLEAR PM is a minority‑owned and led company.
