Project Manager

DescriptionKforce has a client in Chesterfield, MO that is seeking a Project Manager.Key Responsibilities* Lead end-to-end project management activities for the global Jaeger procurement platform implementation* Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, risk registers, and project status reporting* Coordinate deployment activities across North America, Latin America, and APAC regions* Partner with business stakeholders, procurement teams, IT teams, and implementation partners to ensure project objectives are achieved* Facilitate project governance, steering committee meetings, and executive status updates* Manage scope, timeline, dependencies, risks, issues, and escalation processes throughout the project lifecycle* Drive alignment across regional business units and functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption* Coordinate testing, training, change management, and go-live readiness activities* Monitor project performance and proactively address potential obstacles to delivery* Support post-deployment stabilization efforts and transition to operational support teams* Promote best practices in project management, stakeholder communication, and enterprise technology deploymentEnsure successful rollout of key platform capabilities including:* Shopping cart functionality* Catalog buying* Vendor onboardingRequirements* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field* 5+ years of Project Management experience leading enterprise technology initiatives* Proven experience managing global implementations or multi-region technology rollouts* Demonstrated ability to coordinate teams across multiple geographies, business units, and time zones* Experience managing external implementation partners, vendors, and consulting organizations* Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills* Experience managing project budgets, schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies* Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools* Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities* Experience leading Procure-to-Pay (P2P) implementations is preferredJob TypeContractCompensation55 - $65
