Deal Desk Analyst

Overview Intapp is looking for a Deal Desk Analyst to join our team. This role operates as the engine behind the global sales process, partnering to ensure quality deals move through the approval pipeline efficiently and accurately. You will collaborate across Sales, Business Operations, IT, Legal, Finance, Product, and executive leadership, bringing analytical rigor to complex deals while focusing on closing business and building trust with teams that depend on you. You set a high bar for yourself and the process. You document learnings, refine existing practices, and ensure tacit knowledge is captured. Communication is clear at all levels, from front-line account executives to C-suite stakeholders. What you will do: Responsibilities Manage end-to-end contract operations, from staging quotes to drafting custom terms and conditions, order booking, and reconciliation Audit orders for accuracy, completeness, required approvals, ACV, and recurring revenue Track non-standard and custom terms across the deal lifecycle Advise sales on deal structure and discounting to achieve quality, approvable outcomes Act as a true partner to sales — triaging deals, minimizing wasted effort, and moving the right opportunities forward Drive best practices across the contracts process and document new or updated procedures proactively Build strong relationships with stakeholders across functions, acting as an advisor rather than a gatekeeper Qualifications 2+ years of experience in deal desk or sales operations within the cloud software industry Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently at all levels Proficiency with a CRM platform and the quote-to-order process, including strong reporting skills Experience structuring complex deals, such as multi-year agreements with ramp schedules Comfort writing and reviewing custom contract terms, including comparing capitalized terms across documents Sharp analytical thinking and practical judgment in ambiguous, high-stakes situations Proven ability to create and maintain clear standard operating procedures Ability to work autonomously as part of a global team, adapting quickly to shifting priorities A cross-functional mindset — you consider downstream impacts before making recommendations What you will gain At Intapp, you’ll have the opportunity to bring your talents and intellectual curiosity to create better outcomes for our people and our clients.
