To support a growing organization, the remote Learning & Development Senior Specialist will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that enhance employee skills and align with business goals while collaborating with leaders and subject matter experts. Key responsibilities Assess learning needs through surveys, interviews, and performance data to identify development opportunities Design and develop engaging training content and programs in partnership with subject matter experts Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, contributing to employee growth initiatives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of relevant experience in learning and development, training, or instructional design Experience administering or working within a Learning Management System (LMS) Experience developing training programs and learning content Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design practices
