We are developing novel cellular immunotherapies based on two complementary platforms: Chimeric Antigen Receptors (CARs) and T Cell Receptors (TCRs). We are looking for an Analyst to join the Materials Science team to support activities for the Material Review Committee (MRC). This role supports the MRC mission to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate material‑related supply risks that could impact clinical and commercial CAR‑T manufacturing. The Materials Science team within the CTTO (Cell Therapy Technical Operations) department manages end‑to‑end raw materials including buffers, reagents, media, single‑use system and lentiviral vector. Responsibilities include vendor management, change control partnership, proactive process monitoring using statistics, deviation management, and process improvements to support CAR‑T therapies during late‑stage clinical, tech transfer, and commercial production. Responsibilities Perform material risk scenario analyses in alignment with MRC playbooks, including assessment of supply disruption likelihood based on inventory levels and supplier lead times. Support MRC RPN (Risk Priority Number) mapping for direct materials across CAR‑T products, incorporating supply considerations. Develop and maintain scenario‑based analyses to evaluate mitigation options such as safety stock, alternate sourcing, and dual sourcing. Consolidate and interpret data from multiple sources (materials, suppliers, sites, and supply chain planning) into clear, decision‑ready outputs. Partner with Supply Chain Planning to support execution of planning actions tied to MRC‑identified risks, including safety stock assessments and dual‑source enablement. Maintain structured datasets, models, and documentation supporting MRC analyses and decisions. Identify opportunities to improve MRC analytical tools, templates, and playbooks to increase efficiency and consistency. Education B.S. with 4 years of experience or M.S. with 1 year of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Engineering, Life Sciences, Data Analytics, or a related discipline. Skills/Knowledge Required Experience performing risk assessments, scenario analyses, or supply chain modeling. Strong data analysis and data management skills; ability to synthesize complex datasets into actionable insights. Ability to interpret technical, operational, and supply chain documentation. Experience working in cross‑functional, matrixed environments. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of executive‑level summaries and decision materials. Ability to operate with limited direct oversight while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Familiarity with raw materials, consumables, or single‑use systems used in cell therapy or biologics manufacturing is a plus. Experience supporting safety stock strategy, dual sourcing, or business continuity planning is a plus. Work Schedule and Location 50% onsite; Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Compensation This posting is for a contract assignment with ASK Staffing DBA ASK Consulting to provide services to Bristol Myers‑Squibb. The starting hourly compensation range is $34‑$36.24/hr. Final compensation is determined by the employer of record, ASK Staffing, Inc.
