Patient Scheduling Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Patient Scheduling Coordinator to support healthcare operations through appointment scheduling, patient record management, and communication with contracted healthcare sites.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate daily with contracted healthcare sites to obtain and update patient appointment information.
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments accurately and efficiently.
- Perform high-volume data entry while maintaining accuracy and data integrity.
- Generate reports for management as needed.
- Update patient records and appointment details within Epic/HealthConnect.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely workflow completion.
- Assist with additional administrative duties as assigned.
- 2-4 years of patient scheduling experience in a healthcare setting.
- Required: Experience using Epic EMR.
- Preferred: Experience with Epic HealthConnect.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong data entry, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a high-volume healthcare environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
