About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in the next phase of growth for its SaaS business. The successful candidate will be a proven finance leader with a strong operational and commercial background, particularly in the SaaS industry. The CFO will be responsible for the full financial function, including planning, reporting, capital allocation, and value creation. This role demands a leader with a deep understanding of recurring revenue and unit economics, as well as experience in transformation, turnaround, and M&A. The CFO will work closely with the CEO and go-to-market leadership, serving as a strategic thought partner and leading the financial aspects of the business with a focus on growth and profitability. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a technical foundation in finance, with a preference for those with experience in the customer communications management or adjacent enterprise software space. The ideal candidate will have a track record of tenure and commitment, with a pattern of internal progression and a history of 5+ year runs in previous roles. The role requires a leader who is operational by instinct, direct, grounded, and low-ego, with a genuine motivation for team building and a leadership style that is extensive through influence. The CFO will also be expected to act as a cultural ambassador, embodying the company's purpose and values.
