The NICU unit is a critical care environment dedicated to providing high-quality care to neonatal patients. Unit Information Number of Beds: 51 Staff: 120 total, including RNs and respiratory therapists Patient Ratios: 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, 1:4 Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner Qualifications Required Certifications: NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Experience: Minimum of 2 years Level III NICU experience preferred Preferred Skills Stable and NIC-RNC certifications preferred Key Responsibilities As a NICU RN, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to critically ill neonates, implementing individualized nursing care plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care.
