Professional Services - Services Sales Manager

About the role As a Professional Services Sales Manager, you will use your technical and sales expertise to lead Rubrik’s pre-sales Service engagements to scope, propose, and close Professional Services alongside the core Rubrik platform. You'll be a critical partner in helping Account Executives and Sales Engineers close deals by giving customers the confidence they will achieve their goals after the sale. Expertise in Change Management and Transformation — People, Process, and Technology — is critical to crafting services work streams aligned to each customer's long-term strategy. You'll lead scoping calls and Path-to-Production workshops, size services investment, and partner closely with Sales, Professional Services delivery, and Resilience Guardian teams throughout the customer lifecycle. As Rubrik scales AI-enhanced tools into the services sales motion — pipeline management, forecasting, quote automation, project scoping, SOW generation — you'll have the opportunity to help shape that evolution and grow your career alongside it. What you'll do - Lead the pre-sales process for complex opportunities — understanding customer business and technical objectives, scoping engagements, and building the services business case - Partner with Account Executives and Sales Engineers to position Professional Services and Advanced Services offerings, methodology, and value — helping them close bigger deals faster and exceed quota - Build proposals, quotes, and SOWs, increasingly leveraging AI-enhanced workflows to accelerate turnaround - Work closely with Professional Services delivery, Support, and Resilience Guardian stakeholders to align pre-sales scope with post-sales success - Own and drive services pipeline, forecasting, and bookings - Deliver on-site and remote scoping calls and Path-to-Production workshops with Professional Services Specialists - Ability to travel up to 10% of the time Experience you'll need - 5+ years of technical and sales experience, ideally in Professional Services or solution selling - Data protection, cloud, cyber resilience, and security conceptual and industry knowledge is a must - Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills - Curiosity and comfort adopting AI-enhanced sales tools to work smarter and grow your impact #LI-PM2 Join Us in Securing and Accelerating the World's AI Transformation Rubrik (RBRK), the Security and AI Operations Company, leads at the intersection of data protection, cyber resilience, and enterprise AI acceleration.
