About The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to join our sales team, reporting directly to the VP of Growth & Market Development. This role is pivotal in executing our marketing strategies, primarily leveraging HubSpot to generate and nurture leads, support demand generation activities, and coordinate impactful events. As a remote position based in the US, the ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and a strategic mindset. You will be responsible for building and managing marketing campaigns, maintaining the integrity of our CRM data, and supporting content distribution across multiple channels. Your work will directly influence our pipeline growth and brand visibility, making this an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about B2B marketing and healthcare technology. Qualifications To succeed in this role, candidates should possess hands-on experience with HubSpot, including building workflows, forms, landing pages, and reports. HubSpot certifications are preferred, and a demonstrated ability to independently manage the platform is highly valued. Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, marketing operations, or related roles, with a strong understanding of marketing automation and campaign execution. Experience in healthcare, medtech, or regulated B2B/SaaS environments is a plus. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setting. Fluency with AI tools, particularly Claude, for research, content creation, and automation, is expected, along with excellent communication skills to translate briefs into actionable deliverables. Basic design skills using tools like Canva are advantageous, enabling quick turnaround of marketing assets. Responsibilities Own the execution and management of HubSpot marketing activities, including building and QA testing emails, landing pages, forms, workflows, and lead scoring models, ensuring the database remains clean, segmented, and healthy. Take ownership of end-to-end campaign management by translating campaign briefs into compelling assets across email, web, and social media platforms, coordinating closely with design and content teams to meet deadlines. Manage the operational aspects of events such as trade shows, webinars, and customer gatherings—handling registration, vendor coordination, pre-event promotion, and post-event follow-up in HubSpot to maximize lead capture and engagement. Develop and maintain clear, actionable reports on campaign, funnel, and event performance, enabling the team to assess effectiveness and optimize future initiatives. Maintain data integrity by ensuring list hygiene, lead lifecycle management, and CRM data consistency as records transition between systems. Support content and demand generation efforts by scheduling social media posts, repurposing assets, and assisting with both paid and organic campaigns to scale outreach efforts effectively. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing activities align with overall business goals and brand standards.
