Position Overview The SEO Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated digital marketing campaigns across organic and paid channels. This role will focus heavily on SEO, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and Google Ads to maximize lead generation, conversions, and ROI. The ideal candidate combines creativity with analytical thinking and has experience building high-performing digital funnels, optimizing campaigns, and scaling customer acquisition efforts. Key Responsibilities SEO & Digital Marketing Strategy Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals and growth objectives. Drive organic traffic growth through effective SEO strategies, keyword optimization, technical SEO, and content marketing initiatives. Manage and optimize website performance, including updates and maintenance on Shopify. Meta Advertising (Facebook & Instagram) Plan, launch, and scale performance marketing campaigns across Meta platforms. Build full-funnel campaigns including prospecting, retargeting, and remarketing initiatives. Test audiences, creatives, ad copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates. Monitor and optimize campaign performance using KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, and CPA. Google Advertising (Search, Shopping & Display) Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max (PMax), and Display. Build high-intent acquisition campaigns focused on lead generation and customer growth. Improve Quality Scores, CTR, and conversion rates through continuous optimization. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, bidding strategies, targeting, and landing pages. Content & Brand Management Oversee the creation of engaging and high-quality content across websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertisements. Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all digital channels. Analytics & Performance Optimization Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities. Use analytics tools and CRM platforms to track performance metrics and optimize marketing campaigns for maximum ROI. Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations. Campaign Management Plan and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns to drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and retention. Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Budget & Resource Management Manage paid advertising budgets effectively to ensure efficient spend allocation and strong return on investment. Identify opportunities for scaling successful campaigns while maintaining performance targets. Qualifications Education Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred. Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or D2C growth roles. Proven hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns. Experience working with e-commerce brands and Shopify platforms is a strong plus. Skills Strong expertise in SEO/SEM, paid media, content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing. Deep understanding of ROI-driven marketing and digital sales funnels. Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools. Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights. Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
