Exciting Opportunity for a Medical Surgical/Oncology RN!

Job Description:


- Join a dynamic 29-bed unit dedicated to adult patients battling cancer.
- Support medical and surgical care, palliative care, and family education on oncological processes.
- Work nights with a 3x12 hour shift schedule (19:00 - 07:00).
- Enjoy a supportive work environment with a collaborative team.
- Experience caring for a diverse patient population, including urology and telemetry patients.

Requirements:


- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required.
- RN license in WV or compact state is mandatory (pending licenses may be considered).
- Certifications needed:
- BLS
- ONCC/ONS (chemotherapy administration preferred)

Skills Needed:


- Strong telemetry and central line draw experience.
- Proficient in blood administration, PCA pumps, and bone marrow aspiration assistance.
- Comfortable managing Pleurx chest tubes and administering chemotherapy.
- Ability to float within the unit and meet facility needs.

Work Schedule:


- 36 or 48-hour contract options available.
- Rotate weekend shifts, scheduled every other weekend.
- Flexibility accommodated for blocked schedule requests.
