Greenwood Care in Evanston, IL, has immediate openings for a full-time dietary aide.
$18.00 per hour!
The ideal candidate can work 12pm-7pm, including some weekends.

Responsibilities of the dietary aide:
- Assist the cook in the preparation and service of food and beverages
- Coordinate daily dietary services with the nursing staff
- Set up trays and serve food cafeteria style
- Maintain compliance with all applicable state and federal food sanitation codes
- Ensure that work area is consistently clean and safe
Requirements of the dietary aide:
- Illinois food sanitation certification (or ability to attain this upon hire)
- Some experience in a food preparation environment a plus
- Must be able to understand, speak and write English
- Good verbal communication skills
- Compassion, understanding and tolerance for older adults
