Hiring Immediately – Seeking candidates with 1+ year of recent scratch baking experience
NOW OPEN! Please walk-in for an interview with a manager Monday 6/1 and Tuesday 6/2 from 10:00am - 4:00pm or Wednesday 6/3 through Friday 6/5 from 9:00 - 11:00am or 2:00 - 4:00pm. We are located at 1600 10th St, Suite 22 in the Plaza del Lago shopping center in Wilmette, IL.

Who we are:
The Henry is a part of Fox Restaurant Concepts, an ever evolving and growing line of innovative concepts founded in 1998. Our menu is layered with a variety of elegant, yet casual dishes and the atmosphere is bursting with charm. We're hiring immediately!
What you'll do:
- Must have 2+ years high-volume restaurant experience
- You have excellent communication skills, can stand for long periods of time, and are able to lift up to 25 pounds.
- You have an eye for detail and you're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Prepare bread and pastry recipes from scratch.
- Portion product and follow recipes.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards. Work clean.
- Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
- Availability to work weekends and some holidays
- Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
