We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team in Arlington, VA. The Sales Coordinator will support the sales department by managing schedules, coordinating communication between sales teams and clients, and ensuring smooth sales operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and coordination.
• Manage and maintain sales schedules, appointments, and meetings.
• Prepare and distribute sales documents, proposals, and presentations.
• Coordinate communication between sales representatives, clients, and other departments.
• Track sales metrics and generate regular reports for management.
• Support the onboarding process for new clients and sales team members.
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely follow-up.
• Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or administrative roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
