In this role, you’ll work closely with the General Manager to lead the team, deliver excellent customer service, and help ensure the store runs efficiently and profitably.This is a hands-on leadership role with opportunities to grow into higher-level management positions. This is an in-person position.What You’ll Do* Drive sales performance and meet revenue goals* Build and maintain strong customer relationships* Address customer concerns quickly and professionally* Support hiring, training, and scheduling of team members* Assist with inventory management and merchandising* Maintain accurate records and daily reports* Reconcile transactions and manage cash handling processes* Help implement local marketing and promotional initiatives* Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations* Support overall store operations and team performanceTraining & DevelopmentYou’ll receive hands-on training and be cross-trained in all aspects of store operations, preparing you for future leadership opportunities within the company.
