What You’ll Do Litigation & Advocacy Assist with depositions, hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings Prepare for trials and arbitration hearings alongside experienced attorneys Develop litigation strategy with Partners Build courtroom advocacy skills Legal Research & Writing Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, legal memoranda, and correspondence Conduct legal research on complex employment law issues Analyze legal authorities and develop persuasive arguments Discovery Draft written discovery Prepare subpoenas and deficiency letters Review documents produced during litigation Assist in responding to discovery requests Settlement Participate in settlement negotiations Attend mediations and settlement conferences Evaluate cases for settlement opportunities Work directly with clients throughout the litigation process What We're Looking For Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Active bar license, recent bar passage, or pending admission Strong legal research and writing abilities Excellent oral and written communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills A strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and a desire to learn Proficiency with legal research platforms or a willingness to quickly learn new technology Compensation & Benefits We believe in investing in talented attorneys and providing opportunities for both professional and financial growth.
