Physician / Chief Medical Officer / California / Locum or Permanent / Director Of Surgical Services Job

Radius Staffing Solutions

Our client located in the state of California is looking for a permanent Nurse Director to oversee Surgical Services. Ideal candidates should 2+ years of surgical services experience with at least 1 year of RN Management level experience as well as knowledge with regulatory and Joint Commission. Responsibilities of the RN Director of Surgical Services

Responsible for the operational and financial management of the departments
Participates and develops annually house-wide and unit specific policies.
Participates in the Employee Performance and Improvement process

Minimum Requirements of the RN Director of Surgical Services

BSN is required
2+ years of clinical experience in specialty area
1+ years of management level experience
