Als HR Manager bij een Noord-Hollandse publieke organisatie bouw je het HR-team op en lever je strategisch advies aan directie en bestuur. Je leid de transitie naar HR als echte businesspartner. Als Manager HR bij deze publieke werkorganisatie in Noord-Holland geef je richting aan de strategische HR-koers en de doorontwikkeling van het HR-team. Je werkt in een organisatie die zich in een fase van verandering en professionalisering bevindt, waar arbeidsmarktkrapte, leiderschap, strategische personeelsplanning en organisatieontwikkeling centraal staan. Je combineert strategisch advies met operationele aansturing en positioneert HR als volwaardige businesspartner. Leidinggeven aan het HR-team en het doorontwikkelen ervan op professionaliteit, taakvolwassenheid en samenwerking Fungeren als strategisch sparringpartner voor directie en bestuur in onderwerpen als leiderschap, organisatieontwikkeling en verandertrajecten Vertalen van strategische HR-doelstellingen naar concrete acties en executeerbare plannen Begeleiden van de transitie naar HR-business partnerschap en sturing geven aan strategisch personeelsmanagement Bijdragen aan professionalisering van de HR-dienstverlening en leren & ontwikkelen Actief deelnemen aan het managementteam van Bedrijfsvoering Verbinden van organisatieontwikkeling aan actuele arbeidsmarktvraagstukken en leiderschapsontwikkeling Wat neem je mee? Afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding richting HRM of vergelijkbaar Minimaal 5 jaar recente ervaring als Manager HR binnen een grotere gemeente of overheidsorganisatie Aantoonbare ervaring met organisatieontwikkeling, verandermanagement en teamontwikkeling Ervaring in ambtelijke organisaties met meerdere bestuurlijke stakeholders en met de ontwikkeling van HR-business partnerschap Kennis van strategisch personeelsmanagement en leiderschapsontwikkeling binnen complexe organisaties Bestuurlijk en organisatiesensitief, sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en veranderkracht Doortastend en inspirerend leiderschap Wat bieden we? Binnen het domein Bedrijfsvoering werken verschillende ondersteunende disciplines nauw samen, waaronder financiën, juridische zaken, ICT en informatievoorziening.
