You will build a career that you are proud of, at a company you can believe in. As a Marketplace Account Analyst you will lead and scale a new online marketplace partnership with a national retailer. You'll have the autonomy and runway to build a brand-new channel strategy from the ground up! The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, coachable, comfortable operating without established SOPs, is a constant learner, passionate about eCommerce, and aspires to leadership, Location: This is a hybrid role based out of our Atlanta, GA Office (3 days in office). Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for analyzing sales, profitability, and customer KPIs to uncover opportunities and implement timely actions that support growth. Analyze product catalog gaps to expand brand assortment and drive product listing syndication. Optimize product data (titles, bullet points, specs, A+ content) to align with marketplace algorithms and customer search behavior. Become the expert internally in a brand-new partnership and build scalable SOPs. Partner closely with our Advertising team to optimize ad spend (sponsored search/display), maximize product visibility, and drive conversion. Evaluate pricing models, contracts, and promotional performance to design strategies that drive volume while protecting and expanding margin. Lead meetings & business reviews with manufacturer and resellers partners. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or a related field (e.g., Economics, Supply Chain, MIS, Finance). Outstanding interpersonal skills. You can comfortably discuss data and strategy with key stakeholders and win others to your vision. Creative problem solving: The ability to take an ambiguous challenge, break it down into a logical framework, and independently identify and execute solutions. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Pay Range: $4,124.70 - $6,783.70 Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles. This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
