Call Center Representative

Job Title: Call Center Representative Hiring for multiple Call Center Reps, fully onsite in West Hills, CA. Pay: $23 per hour. Requirements At least 1 year of high volume calls At least 6 months of healthcare experience Description The Member Services team at Regal Medical Group operate in a fast-paced customer service and healthcare coordination enviornment . Representatives act as the primary liaison between members, providers, and health plans, handling inquiries regarding claims, referrals, and eligibility while ensuring an exceptional healthcare experience. For this project the two classes that we hire will start with working out of a Queue managing inboard calls from members, taking detailed meesages and forwarding information to the appropiate department with Regal. Knowledge: Referrals, Prior Authourizations, Medical Billing, Patient Intake, Insurance Verification, and Care Coordination. Soft Skills Pleasant telephone manner Strong written/verbal communication Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Los Angeles, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
